EmberWolf Games (“EmberWolf,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and related services from a designated contact jurisdiction of Nashville, Tennessee, United States. We do not maintain a public storefront office or residential address online. Legal inquiries may be directed to legal@emberwolfgames.com. Dragonfire967 currently coordinates legal correspondence until a registered agent or successor is named after formal incorporation.

Scope

This policy applies to personal information collected through emberwolfgames.com and associated EmberWolf-controlled properties, excluding third-party sites (for example Patreon or EmberForge’s dedicated subdomain) except where those services embed our content or analytics. External sites are governed by their own policies.

Information we collect

• Server & networking logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request paths retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Analytics: When enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects usage metrics via cookies or similar technologies. If our configuration requires consent, analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Communications: Information you email to our published addresses (contact, legal, privacy, abuse).
• Accounts (future): Registration flows will collect credentials and profile details necessary for authentication, COPPA compliance, fraud prevention, purchases, and customer support. Those specifics will be documented before accounts launch.

Children’s privacy & COPPA alignment

Features that require accounts or collect personal information will be limited to users who self-certify they are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
